This past weekend was packed with Halloween-themed events and activities and this coming week is no different seeing as how Halloween is on Wednesday. It’s funny how years ago, Halloween was a one-day event and how now it’s become a 5-day festival. Since it falls on a Wednesday this year, smack-dab in the middle of the week, it seems to give people the best excuse to party the weekend before, days leading up to it, the day of and the following weekend…! Grown adults sure love their costumes and candies too not to forget the inevitable dance session to the classic Halloween songs of Monster Mash, Ghostbusters and Thriller.
First up on the Halloween-event list is Club SAW’s costume-encouraged party taking place this Wednesday, October 31 starting at 8pm. Entertainment includes DJ Lakes District and VJ Christopher Payne. If you want to find out more, just click the image below.
Also this Wednesday, October 31 is Crooks & Costumes at Mugshots Jail Bar with DJ So Nice and Atherton. We’re talking costumes, candies and criminals here. Of course, attendees are encouraged to arrive disguised to enjoy the finest selection of 1990s hip-hop and pop alongside classic Halloween anthems (namely the ones mentioned above).
